This recent article in the Financial Post is touching something that we are seeing here in the London, Ontario, market. Even though volume of sales have been down over the last seven months by 6.25%, prices are remaining steady (+0.92%). Less homes are selling, but home owners are not letting themselves get taken to the cleaners.
