This article in the Globe and Mail this morning caught my eye. Even though it is always difficult to make comparisons between Toronto and London Ontario, we are seeing some of the same types of events here as well. Some properties selling quickly with lots of interest and even competition; other sitting and sitting until owners feel compelled to lower the price or accept a low ball offer. This makes it hard for both Buyer and Seller to get an accurate sense of “Market Value.” At times it can feel like you are groping around for the right number these days.
