It has been a long time in coming, but the old stevebaarda.com was in need an upgrade. Some of it was for behind the scenes reasons: the old content management system I was using was clunky and time consuming and made it difficult to update the site. The site is now using a state of the art WordPress platform. Updating is a snap. This means more regular content and blog updates, but more importantly, I can spend less time updating my website and more time helping you with your real estate needs. The blog, which used to be hosted off site, is now integrated into the framework of the website. The site has received a complete visual makeover, which I hope will make it more pleasant to use. All of the same great content is there, but it has all been updated and re-edited. I have several new content pages that I will be adding in the near future, but with the blog now onsite, I can introduce and refine new content in blog posts before they become a permanent fixture. So keep an eye out for that new content.
We have also made the site much more friendly for connecting via social media, with Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest links at the top of each page. Also, I have made it easier to contact me with simple, easy to use contact forms on pretty much every page. No having to click away from the content to send me a message.
There are a number of new features that I very excited about. I will be preparing separate posts to introduce them to you one at a time so that each new enhancement to the site will get its own proper attention.
I look forward to helping you with you real estate needs and it is my hope that stevebaarda.com will be an important part of that.
